Terms and conditions
This is a translation for your convenience. The Spanish version is the one that binds.
These terms govern the use of BotCore, a service of ALCore Intelligence. Creating an account is accepting them, together with the privacy notice.
1. Who provides the service, and acceptance
BotCore is operated by Luis Enrique López Hernández, operating under the trade name ALCore Intelligence, domiciled at Virgen del Carmen 180, Col. Virgencitas, C.P. 57300, Nezahualcóyotl, Estado de México, Mexico. Creating an account is accepting these terms and the privacy notice; if you do not agree with any of them, do not use the service.
These terms apply to the person who creates the account and to the business on whose behalf they create it.
2. The service
BotCore is an artificial-intelligence assistant that answers on the channels your business connects, plus the console you run it from: conversation inbox, diary, orders, catalogue, knowledge base and reports.
One account is one business and carries one assistant. If you have more than one branch, each is an account of its own.
3. Your account
To open an account you must be of legal age and have authority to bind the business you represent, and the details you give us must be truthful.
You keep your password safe and answer for whatever is done from your account. Tell us as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
In using BotCore you undertake the following:
- No unsolicited messages and no purchased contact lists.
- To comply with the policies of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram.
- Nothing illegal or misleading, and nothing that impersonates another person or business.
- Not to upload sensitive personal data of third parties without a legal basis for processing it.
- Not to attempt to reach other accounts or to degrade the service.
5. WhatsApp and the other channels
You connect your own number and your own Meta account. Meta bills WhatsApp usage directly to your account, at its rates and under its rules; that does not go through us.
We do not answer for suspensions or changes that Meta, Telegram or Google decide about the account you hold with them.
6. Plans, payments and top-ups
The service is a monthly subscription, paid in advance, with a message quota. Each reply from the assistant is one message.
Top-ups add messages that are valid until the end of the current month.
You pay by following the instructions shown in your portal, and the plan becomes active when we confirm the payment.
Prices are in Mexican pesos and are published on the product page and in your portal. We may change them giving at least 15 days' notice, without affecting the month already paid for.
If you need an invoice, ask for it by e-mail with your tax details.
7. When the messages run out
Once the month's quota is used up the assistant stops answering and the conversations go to your inbox for you to handle. Nothing is lost.
We warn you before it happens.
8. Trial courtesy
With no plan you have a number of trial replies in the internal chat, published on the product page. It is a courtesy and it may change.
9. Cancelling and leaving
There is no minimum term: to cancel, simply do not renew. There is no refund of the month under way unless the reason is a mistake of ours.
You can ask by e-mail to leave and to have your account deleted.
We may delete accounts with no plan and no activity for more than 12 months, giving notice beforehand to the registered e-mail address.
10. What the AI does not guarantee
The assistant can get things wrong. You review what it knows and what it says, and you answer to your customers for the information you load: prices, opening hours and policies.
The service is not suitable for emergencies and is no substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
11. Ownership
Your content is yours: your catalogue, your documents and your conversations. You authorise us to process it only in order to provide you the service.
The software, the brand and the design of BotCore belong to ALCore Intelligence.
12. Availability and support
We make a reasonable effort to keep the service available, but there can be maintenance windows and failures.
We give support over WhatsApp and e-mail, during working hours in Mexico City.
13. Limit of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the three months before the event that gives rise to it, and does not cover indirect damages or loss of profit, to the extent the law allows.
None of the above limits the rights given to you by Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law and the LFPDPPP.
14. Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that poses a risk to the service or to third parties, giving notice where possible.
15. Changes to these terms
Changes are published on this page with their date. Important changes are announced by e-mail or in the console 15 days in advance, and continuing to use the service after they take effect is accepting them.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and performance the parties submit to the courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
If you are a consumer, you may turn to Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
